EASY NO BAKE CHEESECAKE

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 packet digestive biscuits crushed

140g creamed cheese

150mls cream

1 packet jelly, lemon or strawberry work well

50g margarine

1 cup of water

 

METHOD

 

Melt the margarine over a low heat

Remove from the heat and add the crushed biscuits

Mix well and press into a loose bottomed cake tin

Put this in the fridge while you make the filling

 

 

Melt the jelly in one cup of boiled water and allow to cool but not set

Whisk the creamed cheese and cream

Add to the cooled jelly and blend

Pour on to the biscuit base and refrigerate until set
